We've made it to Bologna, after a marathon sleeper train aaaaaall the way from Barcelona. Tonight's plan, needless to say, is Spaghetti Bolognaise.
A week of roughing it in tents lies ahead in Florence and Venice (it's the only way we could afford to stay there) but for now there is a huge chalet, a swimming pool, and free intorweb on an eMac to be exploited. Huzzah.
